Attorney Peter W. Berger is a former prosecutor and special prosecutor in Polk County and a co-author of the Iowa Criminal Forms. Through his experience as a prosecutor, then as a trial lawyer in private practice, Peter Berger gained valuable courtroom experience and extensive knowledge of law and procedure. He has been practicing law for more than 30 years and has tried more than 200 cases that have gone to a jury for deliberation. He focuses on providing quality representation in injury cases, and criminal defense services to people throughout Iowa and elsewhere as co-counsel, (or individually with leave of court).
